The estate, owned by the Masini family since 2000, is on a single hill, 40 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and arable land. Villa la Selva, the heart of the estate, is an ancient mansion that already belonged to the Buonaparte family.
A unique and complete experience consisting of genuine, typical Tuscan flavours.
The tour starts with a visit to the vineyards and the cellar. Then, you will be guided to the kitchen where Maria, helped by her cook, will show you how to cook simple dishes that can you can easily prepare again on your own for your guests, accompanied by their excellent wines.

- The Cosimo Maria Masini company is located in the hills of San Miniato, an ancient medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, the land of wines and white truffles.
- The villa, called La Selva, is an ancient dwelling that was once owned by the Buonaparte family. In the mid-nineteenth century, the Marquis Cosimo Ridolfi, founder of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Pisa, purchased the property.
- Among the different wine varieties produced here, is an almost extinct native vine called ‘Sanforte’, whose genetic heritage has fortunately been recovered.

- San Miniato: a very important Tuscan village dating back to the 8th century. Here, Napoleon Bonaparte came to claim the certificate of nobility of his family, which in fact had its origins in San Miniato.
