The history of Fattoria Uccelliera
Fattoria Uccelliera Holiday Farm was born in the late 60s from the passion for the countryside and the woods of Antonio Bulleri and Maria Elena Poggianti. Today two generations work in the company and the third has already started to give its welcome contribution in the extra-scholastic season. Everybody plays a different role within the company and participates in strategic decisions.
What characterizes the hilly estate (the famous “Poggi”), in addition to vineyards and olive groves – even centenarians – are the tall woods, the extensive Populus Alba plants and the arable land, cultivated extensively and mainly destined to the fauna that so, can dispose of a natural but also rich environment. The Cellar, at the service of production, and the numerous farmhouses, destined to the Holiday Farm, have been restored using mostly ancient materials, to maintain the architectural features that have allowed Tuscany to be universally appreciated. The properties with their ancient charm, surrounded by an uncontaminated environment, merge with the landscape giving a pleasant feeling of peace and serenity.
