Experience description
The experience will begin with a walk within the 30 hectares of our farm, we will have access to the vineyards, both newly planted and 40 years old, to the olive groves, to the secret garden and during the journey we will tell you the story of the our farm, but also the history of the Lucca countryside. The duration of the walk will be approximately 50 minutes.
At the end of the walk we will return to the tasting room where you can refresh yourself and where we will start the tasting based on the classic products of the Lucca area, with extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan bread and olives in brine with the classic Lucca white wine, fresh and light.
Then we will pair the focaccia with the oil with the red DOC wine, with a larger structure but with an easy drink. Finally, our local pecorino will be paired with one of the top wines of the company you can choose: the red DOC Sangiovese, intense and spicy, or the white wine Bianco dell'Oca, fragrant and intense.
