Experience description
Colle di Bordocheo is situated in a splendid panoramic position of the Colline Lucchesi with a view over the whole valley, a biological conduction farm made of experiences and passion with a cultivation of vines and olive trees that give life to red wines, white wines and extra virgin olive oil with the flavor of a territory as unique as the hills of Lucca.
During the tour, Antonella will first guide you through the vineyards and olive groves to explain the characteristics of the territory and organic production, you will visit the cellar, and then sit in the new tasting room with a beautiful panoramic view: here you will start with a tasting of oil produced by Colle di Bordocheo and will continue with the tasting of 5 wines, each paired with its own dish, including focaccia, cheese and a hot dish, and then closed with a sweet wine and typical Tuscan biscuits.
