Experience description
Villa Petriolo is the perfect balance between unspoiled nature and Reinassance art, between a modern eco-sustainable lifestyle and ancient Tuscan traditions. It will be a wonderful journey to discover the Tuscan countryside that will take you to learn about the production methods, visit the cellar and taste the products of Villa Petriolo.
This day begins with the oil, in the cmopany of those who make it, to discover how it is grown, how the best olives are selected and how they are harvested by hand until the nectar is obtained. A first oil tasting will then be followed by a lunch at Osteria Golpaja with a tasting of 4 wines paired with cured meats, cheeses, focaccia of ancient grains, with the opportunity to get to know the farm products and discover the real short supply chain, tasting honey, fruit and seasonal vegetables. Then you will continue with a main course paired with a glass of Golpaja and a dessert.
