Experience description
Set in the tranquil landscape of the Pisan Hills, the Azienda Agricola Castelvecchio has been passing on its love for this territory since 1956. The small family management team and the traditional craftsmanship make it ideal for those who are looking to experience the authentic Tuscan life.
Your tour will begin with a walk through the vineyard where you will learn everything about the plants. Then, you will be guided to the cellar to learn about the production processes and discover the charming area entirely dedicated to the drying of grapes on racks, used to produce Vin Santo.
Afterwards, you will start the tasting, which includes 3 wines (a white wine, a rosé wine and a red wine) accompanied by bread and homemade olive oil. And finally, you will taste the traditional Vin Santo accompanied by cantucci biscuits.
