Experience description
Vertical tasting is a particular way of discovering a wine. By tasting the production of different vintages of the same bottle, you will be able to discover the nuances that a wine can develop over the years and compare them between each other. Vertical tasting is the best way to appreciate the aging skills of our Carmignano DOCG. Normally we start tasting from the youngest to the oldest wine. In this way, after appreciating the simplicity of the younger vintages, you can better perceive the complexity of the oldest vintages.
