Experience description

The history of Panzanello begins in 1427. It is an organic winery, with a small farmhouse, and the current villa was born from the transformation of a large farmhouse, consisting of the stable in the lower part, the home of the large family of peasants in the middle part and the barn on the top.

After the welcome greetings you will be shown the centuries-old history of the company to better understand the factors that determine the quality of the wines. The tour continues in the cellar, where every single production process will be explained, starting from the harvest, passing through the fermentation and aging, up to the bottling phases.

Then you will be taken to the tasting room and you can sit inside or on the panoramic terrace among the olive trees, overlooking the castle of Panzano.

The tasting includes three wines, two of which Chianti Classico and a Supertuscan, paired with Tuscan salami and bread with extra virgin olive oil produced by Panzanello.
