Experience description
Take a guided tour at this organic and eco-sustainable company nestled in the hills of Montescudaio, in an exclusive terroir on the Tuscan coast. The tour includes the tasting of 6 wines of the "Sopra" selection, directly extracted from their barriques.
This guided tour includes a tasting straight from the barriques and allows you to appreciate the potential that each of these 6 single-variety red grapes are able to express in this unique terroir.
The visit lasts about 2 hours and starts with a short walk to a charming small terrace built under an oak tree where you can admire the vineyards. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the techniques of biological cultivation, the company’s microclimate, the soils of marine origin and the special characteristics of the cultivated grapes.
The tour will then move to the cellar, where you will learn more about the different steps in the processing of the grapes and wine. The visit will conclude in the barrique cellar, where it will be possible to taste the 6 single varietals of the "Sopra" wine selection, directly from the barriques.
