Experience description
The farm has been run for four generations by the Allegretti family, a small strictly organic production company in the Castelnuovo Berardenga area, lapped by a stream that marks the historical border between the Chianti Classico and the Chianti Colli Senesi. In addition to the production of wines, mainly focused on Sangiovese, the company owns three hectares of olive groves from which it produces extra virgin olive oil, which is then decanted in ancient terracotta jars.
Edoardo and his family will welcome you in their small family reality, for a tasting of 3 wines paired with bruschetta, home-made oil and medium-aged cheeses, to then conclude with Vin Santo del Chianti.
