Curiosities
- The name "La Regola" comes from a small piece of land that the Nuti family purchased in the early 1900s in La Regola, to grow some oil and wine for family consumption.
- In the area where the new cellar was recently built, remains of an ancient Etruscan settlement from the 7th century have been found. A.C and numerous wine amphorae.
- It is possible to stay at the La Regola Resort, a stone's throw from the sea and the magnificent pine forest "La Mazzanta".

- Riparbella: the historic centre of this stunning hamlet dates back to approximately the year 1000, and was built in the Middle Ages by the aristocratic Della Gherardesca family.
- Riserva Naturale Tombolo di Cecina: Stretching from the beach towards the inner part of the coast, this forest extends for 15 km and is one of the most beautiful in Italy.
- Bolgheri: the renowned Medieval hamlet owned by the Gherardesca is located just a few kilometres away. This is one of the most important winemaking areas in Italy where you can find world-famous wineries such as Tenuta San Guido, Sassicaia and Ornellaia.
