Experience description
The tour includes a visit to Tenuta Casadei in a carriage, pulled by Ursula, Dinette and Ulisse, our work horses used for the activities in the vineyard, who will accompany us in the various stages to learn about the BioIntegrale philosophy on which all our work is based . You will immerse yourself in an authentic, unspoiled and rich in biodiversity environment.
The guided tour will continue in the cellar, with a journey to discover the winemaking, in the terracotta amphorae and in the large concrete tanks, and the subsequent refinement of the wines in the large barrel cellar.
Following, the tasting of three wines, accompanied by selected local products and our own extra virgin olive oil.

Curiosities
- The vineyards are cultivated with the help of workhorses, two Comtois: Ulisse and Ursula, which come directly from France. The two mascots are both female, despite the name can be misleading!
Nearby places to visit
- Suvereto: one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, offers plenty of art and history: walls, stone houses, historic buildings and churches. It is surrounded by centuries-old cork woods (from which it takes its name), chestnut, oak and maquis.
